LOGO PRINTING TECHNIQUES

There are numerous logo printing techniques, but choosing the ideal one guarantees the best result. At WE MAG, our seasoned team is at your service, equipped with their extensive experience and expertise to guide you toward the most suitable choice.

To this end, we present here the primary logo printing techniques.

Βαθυτυπία

Embossing

Ideal for smooth surfaces like leather or faux leather, embossing creates a raised design on a metal plate (cliché), which is then pressed onto the product material.

Vinyl

Ideal for smooth surfaces such as t-shirt, polo shirts, caps, bags, aprons, and jackets. Vinyl is a flexible plastic film, typically white, where a special printer prints the design, and then a “plotter” cuts the desired shape or outline.

360-laser2

360° Laser Engraving

This technique maximizes your brand’s visibility by utilizing a larger surface perimetrically, while delivering an elegant and permanent outcome. Suitable for a wide range of products, from bottles and mugs to Bluetooth speakers and can be applied exclusively on metal, wood, bamboo and cork.

Embroidery

A technique used in fabric-based products such as t-shirts, polo shirts, hats, bags, and aprons, that gives a slightly raised result.

For embroidery, frames play a crucial role in holding the fabric taut to avoid wrinkles, while also ensuring that the “heads” can capture intricate details effectively.

Silkscreen Printing

Silkscreen printing is a versatile technique suitable for a wide range of products, including fabric items (such as clothing and accessories), plastic goods (like pens and lighters), wooden objects (including pencils and toys), metallic items (such as thermos bottles and keychains), and ceramics (including cups and glasses).

In silkscreen printing, special screens with minuscule holes (meshes) are utilized to allow ink to pass through and create the desired logo or design. Subsequently, the objects are placed in special ovens to facilitate the drying of the ink, enabling it to be absorbed by the material. It is important that the colors used in the design come in solid colors, and the number of screens required depends on the color variety in the design.

360-digital

360° Digital Printing

This technique allows almost full coverage of the product’s surface, providing a panoramic view of your brand. Suitable for a wide range of products, including bottles, mugs, thermoses as well as Bluetooth speakers, it can be applied only on metal and wood.
